Hello, I'm Nealle
A Payment Product Management Nerd.
About
I'm a product leader who finds the hidden levers in complex systems and knows how to use them. I've built my career turning messy payment and fraud problems into clean, scalable platforms used by millions. From Deliveroo to Ocado to Mastercard, I've helped companies unlock new revenue, cut risk, and ship products that grow globally. I bridge technical depth and commercial clarity, rallying teams around ideas that drive real results, not just roadmap items. If there's a smarter way to process transactions, improve a platform, or delight customers, I'll find it and ship it.
Impact First
Process is essential. But not for its own sake. Rather, it's for providing delivery of value to all stakeholders at the right time. In some industries, like financial services, this means delivering value and making sure no one goes to jail for a regulatory breach.

Finance, education, e-commerce — at any scale
I've worked across startups and global firms, shipping products on cards, phones, APIs, and the web. I put the first EMV cards into Africa, helped power Mastercard inside Apple and Google Pay, and took Ocado to Apple Pay first. Today I'm digitally transforming a professional education business through a new billing engine and e-commerce platform.

Always learning
I love to learn. I love the craft of product and enjoy the challenge of applying technologies in creative ways to solve different problems. There is always a book or two on being read, a podcast or audio book queued up for the dog walks. As much as I love to learn I love to apply this new knowledge.

A Global View
I've worked with customers, colleagues and partners from over 50 countries now. I understand the impact that culture has on ways of working and ways of doing business. And, because I am a payment geek I also know that culture changes how people pay.

Partners are Friends, Not Food
Suppliers must be treated as partners, benefiting both parties beyond the commercial agreement. To build successful partnerships businesses should thoroughly understand their payment providers’ performance charges and the cost of failed transactions. Sharing this data with partners allows for identifying areas for improvement and collaborative goal achievement.
